Existing Culture Pass Plus users will immediately receive a confirmation email and a free upgrade to the One Pass Gold tier without paying any additional expenses. For Culture Pass customers who were automatically moved to the One Pass Gold category, the One Pass website offers inexpensive upgrades to the Platinum tier.

·Family Members of Culture Pass

Existing Culture Pass Family Members will be upgraded automatically to a free One Pass Family card and will receive a confirmation email.

·Members of Culture Pass Basic
