Fortune: World’s Best Workplaces Excel at Building Trust in Leadership
Great Place To Work® selected 25 winners in this year’s list by surveying more than 7.4 million employees in 2023 and 2024.
November 14, 2024 (GCC) – Only 51% of employees are excited about using AI to improve their work, and even fewer (45%) believe their company will use AI in a way that benefits them.
That’s the challenge facing global talent leaders, according to a Great Place To Work® research study of nearly 43,000 employees. It’s a challenge companies in the World’s Best Workplaces 2024™ are already solving, outperforming the typical workplace on key factors that drive trust in leadership.

Great Place To Work® identified key employee experiences that increase the likelihood that employees will also report trust in the company’s leadership. Companies on the list outperformed the typical workplace on every metric. For example, less than half of employees in a typical workplace said promotions were awarded fairly, compared to three in four employees in World’s Best.
